Tax Bonus
In case of purchase of a building lot from those available within the resort there is the possibility of access to the tax benefits for building renovation and energy retrofit under the Stability Law 2014 (Law no. 147 of 27 December 2013) for a deduction equal to 65% until 31/12/2014 and 50% up to 31.12.2015 for a maximum amount of euro 96.000,00.
Thanks to a preparatory program to purchase, the future buyer has the possibility of having immediately the chosen house, paying, in addition to an advance booking, a monthly fee for a period of approximately 12/24 months.
